Our Intakes: January to February April to May August to September

Harvan International Institute (BVS), operates on a quarter/termly basis, ensuring that our students receive a comprehensive and focused education within a structured time frame. Each term spans 10 weeks, during which students attend lectures and complete their examinations.

We offer three intakes throughout the year to accommodate our diverse student body: January to February, April to May and finally August to September Intake.

These multiple intakes provide flexibility, allowing you to begin your educational journey at a time that best suits your personal and professional schedule. Whether you’re looking to start your studies at the beginning of the year, in the spring, or towards the end of summer, Harvan International Institute is ready to welcome you. Career Prospects

Attending the Faculty of Business and Management qualifies one for an array of leadership positions and other advanced roles in private, public and nonprofit organizations. You’ll have the option to work across industries as a business analyst, human resources generalist, operations manager or marketing specialist. Some business administration graduates also venture into entrepreneurship, creating their own successful businesses from the ground up

Harvan international institute of business and vocational studies admits students from diverse nationalities pursuing various programs; ie Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cameroon, South Sudan, Somalia, Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Nigeria, , Madagascar, Zambia, Liberia, Chad, Egypt, Malawi, ,etc. Treating all of them as the same while engaging them in numerous activities at the institute. All our undergraduate students are expected to undertake a two -month internship programme to enable them to relate theory to practice, and also to provide them with the initial work experience.

STUDENTS GUILD COUNCIL

The Students Guild is a link between the students’ body and the institutes Administration. It is headed by a Guild President who is democratically elected by the students in accordance with the existing guidelines. The students Cabinet is composed of :

Guild President , Assistant Guild President , Guild advisor and secretary , Cabinet Speaker , guild councilor , Entertainment and Sports Minister , and the Cabinet Students` Welfare committed to perform their tasks at the institute .
